For purchases made at tmsreplacements.com, Trimble Mobile Solutions (TMS) will accept product returns up to
thirty (30) days after delivery. To request a product return, please fill out the Product Return Form or e-mail us at
sales@tmsreplacements.com. Replace the product in its original packaging. Include all items that were originally
in the product box along with the original packing slip and Product Return Form.
TMS will inspect the returned product upon receipt and, if the product is undamaged, will process a refund to your
credit card in the total amount of the purchase price minus a re-stocking fee of 15%.
Credit refunds will appear on your credit card within 48 hours after inspection of the product is completed.
If you don't follow this process, your credit or exchange may be delayed pending proof of delivery to our warehouse.
Please follow the above directions or you will assume risk of loss and payment of return freight.
