Procedure to request Technical Support and to Return Defective Product under Warranty and Exchange
To report a defective merchandise under warranty, please call Trimble Technical Support at 1-877-428-7623
- Press 1 for Technical Support
- Press 2 for General Account Information
- Press 3 to contact an Implementation Manager
NOTE. - Customer may be requested to return defective product for failure analysis. If not returned in 25 days after
RMA approval, customer will assume risk of loss and payment of defective product.
If the product is not under warranty the customer will be required to provide a Purchase Order or Credit Card account
number for the purchase of a new unit.
